Joan Didion’s The White Album

two interwoven experiences for two audiences happening simultaneously: a verbatim performance of Joan Didion’s essay, and a participatory experience on stage. at times the two worlds are in synch, and often they are dissonant. ultimately, no one member of either audience, nor any performer, is on the same track — the show unfolds in as many directions as there are participants.
